Lifestyle Engineered is a place where you can find delicious gluten-free (and many dairy & sugar free!) recipes, modern bohemian design ideas, photos that move me (and hopefully you), yoga inspiration, and other creative-crafty miracles that spring from our family’s life here in Stockholm, Sweden. This blog is intended to be an inspiring resource for people who want to engineer a beautiful, conscious, and healthy lifestyle.
My roots are in Colorado, but my branches are in Sweden, and frankly my leaves are all over this amazing planet. While my life has been primarily dedicated to working on international women’s human rights issues (they may pop up in this blog as well – how could they not?), I am also a certified yoga teacher in Hatha vinyasa yoga (check out karunayoga.se). During the long winter months in Sweden, I’ve re-discovered my love of writing, design, art, cooking, yoga, and photography. Oh, and I had a baby… so I also like to post about parenthood at times. Turns out, taking time off from my other work, has lead to some beautiful space for creativity. Thank goodness!
